This real estate investing forums page contains resources that might be helpful in your REI research. I have used many of these sites. Some are absolutely integral for gaining rich sources of information. I use some sites regularly, like rent-o-meter because I always want to make sure that I am charging the latest going rent. Other sites like zillow and the yahoo real estate site give me a general idea of what house values are going for or provide specific information about when a house was last purchased.
