Real Estate Investing BookThis Real Estate Investing Book is cheekily called "The Little Condo That Could". It is my story about how I turned a small little condo into my real estate investing business. This one little condo proceeded to pay for three houses, two of which are in different states, and an apartment building, which also is in a different state. This little condo also gave me a solid foundation in rental properties. It taught me how to deal with tenants, helping me learn how to focus on the things that really mattered. This real estate investing book is very insightful. You can use my experience as a teaching tool for your real estate investing. You will learn about bidding on properties, markets, loan processes (including loans being sold), getting tenants, when to sell your property and when not to, refinancing, appraisals, and so much more.
